Mukteshwar Sugar Mills Ltd.
Green field project of complete sugar plant of 2500 TCD. Mill are provided with anti-friction roller bearings for mill rollers. Right from layout to commissioning of plant was completed in a short period of 9 months.

Complete milling tandem of Ulka CMR mill of size 42”x84” along with cane handlingequipment like cane un-loaders, feeder tables, main cane carrier and IRCs and cane preparatory equipment like chopper, leveller and fibrizer.

In 2009, four mill tandem of Ulka CMR mills of size 40”x80” was installed. Later in 2015 two mills of 45”x90” were installed as first and last mill.Post up-gradation factory is crushing at desired crush rate with excellent milling efficiency.

Complete milling tandem of Ulka CMR mill of size 40”x80” along with cane handling equipment and cane preparatory equipment like chopper, leveller and fibrizer. Outstanding results are noted in terms of milling efficiency and bagasse moisture.

Son La Sugar Joint Stock Company
In 2016,two mills of 33”x66” were installed as first and last mill to the existing tandem. Looking at the performance,in 2017 existing mills were replaced by new Ulka mills,making it a five mill tandem along with cane handling and preparatory equipment.
TPC Ltd., Tanzania
New first mill of Ulka CMR mill of size 45”x90” was installed in the year 2014.This mill was providedwith anti-friction roller bearing for mill rollers.Power consumption of this mill is considerably low as compared to mill with gun metal bearing liners.
Tuy Hoa Sugarcane and Sugar Joint Stock Company
Up-gradation of existing milling plant by installing new first and last Ulka CMR mill of size 36”x72” and three roller Ulka Toothed Roller Feeder (TRF) system on existing intermediate mills and installing cane handling and cane preparatory equipment.
Tra Vinh Sugar Joint Stock Company
Crushing capacity and milling efficiency of the existing milling plant was enhanced by installing Ulka CMR mill of size 36”x72” as new first and last mill and three rollerUlka Toothed Roller Feeder(TRF) system on existing intermediate mills.

Up-gradation of existing milling plant by installing new first and last Ulka CMR mill of size 42”x84” and three roller TRF system on existing intermediate mills. Existing intermediate rake-type carriers were also replaced by new IRCs.
Narmada sugars pvt. ltd.
In 2014, complete milling tandem of Ulka CMR mills of size 33”x66” was installed. Observing the excellent milling efficiency, Ulka mill of size 40”x80” was installed as first mill in the year 2015 and later last mill was replaced by Ulka CMR mill .
Phung Hiep, Vietnam
New Ulka CMR mill of size 33”x66” was installed to the existing milling tandemas last mill. After installation significant improvement is noted in bagasse parameter in terms of reduction in bagasse moisture and bagasse POL.
Sonhira SSK Ltd.
Enhancement of crushing capacity of existing milling plant by installing new first and last Ulka CMR mill of size 42”x84” and Ulkathree roller TRF system on existing intermediate mills. This has significantly improved the milling efficiency of plant.
Dalmia bharat, kolhapur
Crushing capacity of existing milling plant is increased by installing new first and last Ulka CMR mill of size 42”x84” and Ulka three roller TRF system on existing intermediate mills. This milling efficiency of plant is also improved significantly.
Godavari biorefineries ltd.
New Ulka CMR mill of size 50”x100” is installed to the existing milling tandem as last mill. Installation of Ulka mill as last mill has resulted in significant improvement in bagasse parameter in terms of reduction in bagasse moisture and bagasse POL.
Shri Gurudatta Sugars Ltd.
Ulka CMR mill of size 40”x80” with shaft mounted drives was installed as new last mill. To upgrade the crushing capacity of the plant, three roller Ulka Toothed Roller Feeder (TRF) systemsare installed on all existing four mills.
